My fiance' first brought the Brauhaus to my attention a few years ago. She's been going there for her entire life. I'm Italian, but she is dyed in the wool, blonde haired, blue eyed, Austrian Princess. The first thing you will notice is the German decor that greets you right at the great, big, thick wooden door. That door isnt put there to trick you into thinking there might be other visual treats inside. There are plenty. Artwork, German Clocks, and wood.. lots and lots of wood. The authentic German food and beer is worth raving about on my part. I was overwhelmed by the Prime Rib that was bigger than my plate and the Dinkelaker (I think thats how it's spelled) on tap! But I'm told that the food isnt as good as it used to be... hard to imagine that it was better.
